I subscribed to Minno Kids through the App Store. How do I cancel?

If you subscribed via the iOS app, your Minno Kids subscription is managed through iTunes. Apple doesn’t give us access to your account so we are unable to help manage your subscription.

If the link doesn’t work for you, you can do the following:

  1. From your mobile device, open the App Store. Tap in the top right corner to access your account. Tap “Manage Subscriptions” on the next screen. Choose the Minno Kids subscription and on the next screen, tap “Cancel Plan”.
  2. On a computer, open iTunes and in the toolbar, click “Account.” Choose “View My Account” to view your purchases. Scroll to the bottom and under the Settings section, you’ll see your Subscriptions. Click “Manage” to cancel your Minno Kids subscription. 

You’ll have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period. 

Please note: removing the app from your phone will NOT cancel your subscription.
