If you cannot find an answer to your question, please reach out to our Customer Experience team in one of the following ways:

 

1. For questions regarding the Minno Kids app or service please reach out to us by clicking on the Contact option on the right upper side of the screen or send us an email at support@gominno.com

If you're experiencing an issue with your account, please include your Minno email address, the device and operating system you're using, and explain in detail the issue you're experiencing. This will help help us resolve your issue faster and more effectively.

 

2.For questions about the Minno Store or orders, please browse our Store Help Page for answers to FAQs or reach out to us at shop@gominno.com or by clicking on the Contact option on the right upper side of the screen.

If you're experiencing an issue with your order, please include your order number (if you've already placed it) and details about the issue you're experiencing. This will help us resolve your issue faster and more effectively.

 


Our Customer Experience team is happy to help, and we do our best to make sure you receive a prompt reply (normally within 24 hours) – we currently work Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm CST, and check requests a couple times on Saturdays. We take Sundays as our day of rest. Our team celebrates the holidays with our lovely families, and will not be checking requests on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and other major US holidays.
